How it works.

Five steps. Takes a minute.

  1. 01

    Make a profile.

Pick a nickname and a picture. No email, no real photos.

  2. 02

    Swipe or go Random.

See one card at a time and say yes, or tap Random for a stranger in seconds.

  3. 03

    They accept? Talk.

Your yes lands in their Requests. They accept, you chat. Texts, GIFs, photos and files.

  4. 04

    Watch together.

Join a Portal or press play in any chat: movies, shows, YouTube, music. Synced for everyone.

  5. 05

    Post on the Board.

Confess, drop a hot take, or ask strangers anything. Show your name or stay a ghost.

Good to know.

  • Chats stay on your device.Messages go straight to the other person and are saved on your device, not on our servers.
  • Encrypted chats.Messages and files are end-to-end encrypted. Notes sent with a yes aren’t.
  • You pick who you talk to.A yes lands in their Requests. They accept, you chat. Unmatch any time and it’s gone for both of you.
  • Random isn’t saved.Random chats pass through our server and aren’t stored. Like Portals and the Board, they aren’t end-to-end encrypted.
  • You choose how long.Your account disappears after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days of inactivity. You choose.
  • Photo details removed. Before a photo or video is sent, hidden info like where it was taken is wiped.
