Yes. Waku is an anonymous chat app where you can meet Indians and people from around the world. There's no email or phone number, cards can show a country flag, and Portals can be set to a country, so you can watch movies or YouTube together with locals.

People in India usually chat in Hindi, English and many more, and mostly on WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram, apps that tie every chat to your real number or account. Waku is for meeting someone new without any of that: an anonymous card, a stranger in Random, or a Portal playing something you both like.

How it works
- Pick a nickname and a picture. No email or phone.
- Add your country, if you like, so people can see where you’re from.
- Swipe cards, tap Random, or join a Portal for your country.
- Say yes and it lands in their Requests. They accept, you chat.
